Well, Iam back on my own again. It was a fantastic week as Nevil's guest but now I am back on my own. I spent most of the morning updating my website before leaving Nevil's house and most of the afternoon wandering around town trying to find a bed to put in the back of my Troopy (my vehicle). It was way too much time in malls for my liking but I found some stuff Ineeded, though not a bed. I currently write this sitting on my brand new bed, built by my own hand, though it doesn't have any legs yet. My drill battery died so I must wait until the morning to put on the legs. Doesn't really matter as I am one step closer to being outfitted and ready to hit the road. It is my hope that by tomorrow nightI will have left Sydney behind until November. We will just have to see how quicklyI can get things put together in the morning and the last few things purchased. Didn't do any birding, much less photographing today, so posting a picture from this past week with Nevil. Enjoy. |
