Today was quite productive on several fronts. First, I picked up two new birds, a Channel-billed Cuckoo and a Red-necked Crake which I was able to photograph (above). Besides a walk this morning and a couple hours staking out the crake this evening, the rest of the day was spent in front of the computer writing various things for the website and trying to get caught up after being away from email and everything for nearly three weeks. Other than that I don't have much to report except that there should be a massive update to my website sometime this weekend so stay tuned! |
